2. Order
- By submitting your order, you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or older.
- All watches listed on our website are in stock and available to purchase.
- After submitting your order an order confirmation will be sent. In the order confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
- All watches are available for sales until you have paid the balance in full, irrespective of any third party finance applications made by you.
- If we have to cancel an order that you already have paid for, we will do the full refund within 7 working days (unless we reasonably suspect fraudulent payment)
- If we reasonably suspect fraudulent payments, by any payment method, we will not dispatch any watches or carry out any refunds until authorized by our bank.
- Grandeur Times are licensed by Citeo (FR346880_01ZYLN) and Lizenzero and comply with both German & French packaging laws.
3. Manufacturer Warranty
- Some of the watches comes with valid manufacturer's warranty. For details, we refer to provided paper work or the manufacturer's website.
4. Grandeur Times warranty
- All our watches comes with three (3) months functional warranty, that means if the watch is working improperly (within normal usage) we can do a refund.

- Stops working completely
- The warranty doesn't cover loss of your watch, theft, normal wear and tear, water damage caused by accident or mishandling, mistreatment and negligence ( including without limitation, damages caused by failure to follow manufacturers instruction.
- Wear and tear of watch strap, glass, clasp and cosmetic damage are not covered by our warranty.
- All our watches are tested prior sales to ensure that water resistance is accurate. However, Grandeur Times doesn't provide waterproof warranty.
- Your warranty will be invalid if the watch has been tested and worked on by a third party without our knowledge and consent.
- In case of dispute in connections to the warranty, we reserve the full right to instruct an independent third party watchmaker to inspect the issue.
- Return postage, packaging and insurance will be the customer responsibility and at your cost. If the Grandeur Times warranty covers the issue, we will send back the watch to you at our cost
- Grandeur Times warranty becomes invalid in events of re-sell to third parties.
5. Prices & Payments
- All our prices are in SEK ( Swedish Krona).
- As our watches are pre-owned, VAT refunds are not possible.
- Payments through ''Payson'' are easy and secure. Through Payson you can pay with VISA, MasterCard and if you are located in Sweden, additional payment methods such as invoice or down payments is possible. Read more here: www.payson.se
6. Return policy and refund
- Under customer protection regulations, we provide 14 days return policy after receiving your order. The product must remain sealed and in un-used/ shipping condition.
- In case of return, the customer must inform us at [email protected] about the return and send back the product as soon as possible.
- Pre-ordered watches, after the customers own request, are not subject for our return policy.
- In case of return, all paper work, boxes and material must be returned in the same condition as sent by us. If not, we reserve the right to decline the return.
- Return postage, packaging and insurance will be the customers responsibility and at your cost. You must insure the gods to their full value and ensure that you pack the products appropriately to prevent damages during transit.
7. Limitation of liability
- We reserve the right for printing errors on this website. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality and resolutions. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.
- All watches listed on this website will be provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy, unless stated on the product description.
- By purchasing our products, you agree not to export, re-export or transfer any of our products to any country, individuals or entities subject to sanctions by Swedish authorities or European Union. You further agree to comply with all applicable export controls laws and regulations of your country which you operate in or is stated in the invoice/ contract. Any violations of these export control may result in immediate termination of our business relationship.

Your personal data is processed by us to be able to handle your order and in those times when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.

- We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The changed terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
