- Where are you based? 

Grandeur Times AB is incorporated in Sweden and based in Stockholm. 


- Do you have a display store? 

Yes! Grandeur Times Showroom is located in Stockholm, Täby and is open for bookings only. Please note that we do not store any watches at the showroom and therefor, please make sure your visit is booked. 



- Authenticity and guaranties?

We are specialized and have many years of experience in handling luxurious watches. We can therefore ensure that all our watches are authentic and controlled. During this process the history, condition and durability of the watch are controlled, this includes the movement accuracy and waterproof test. All this information will be presented within the product descriptions.

All our watches comes with 3 months functional warranty, that means if the watch is working improperly (within normal usage) we will do a refund. For more information read our terms & agreements

We do not provide waterproof warranty.


- Are your photos original? 

All photos of the watches in the product description are actual photos taken by a macro camera showing details of every angle of the watch. The photos are original without photoshop or retouched.  


- Can I get a VAT refund? 

Grandeur Times AB are specialized in selling pre-owned watches. VAT refunds are therefore not possible. 

VAT refunds are however possible for our accessories.  


Shipping & Return policy

- Do you ship internationally? 

Grandeur Times provides world wide shipping via our partners UPS, FedEx, DHL and DB Schenker with insurance.


- What does the shipping cost?

Free shipping within EU is included in the price! In case of shipping outside of EU, additional costs for will be added. In addition to the shipping fee, tax/ import fees may be added. Grandeur Times AB does not cover those costs. Please check your local legislation for more information. 


- What is the return policy? 

Grandeur Times AB provides 14 days return policy. The products must remain sealed. In case of the product being unsealed and not in the shipping condition, Grandeur Times AB will decline the return.
